  1. In a shallow dish/large bowl/sealable bag, whisk together minced garlic, honey, barbecue sauce, and lemon juice together and season with chili powder, dried oregano, and salt until well combined.
  2. Pour half of this mixture over chicken and toss until well coated and reserve the rest for basting.
  3. Oil grates and grill chicken, coated with leftover dressing over medium heat (165ºF), until charred, 10-14 minutes both sides of each breast, and 20 to 24 minutes both sides of chicken legs or until done.
  4. Occasionally brush chicken with the leftover sauce for the last few minutes.
  5. Serve your chicken 5 minutes after finishing grilling.

Tip:

You can marinate your chicken breasts in the fridge up to 24 hours prior to grilling them as directed.

Grill Chicken Breasts for Tacos

Mix black pepper, Kosher salt, chili powder, and cumin together in a small bowl and sprinkle this mixture over chicken breasts until well massaged.

Preheat grill on medium-high for direct heat and lightly brush it with vegetable oil.

Take chicken out of the marinade and put it on the grill. The excessive dressing can be poured over these breasts.

Cook chickens for 5 or 6 minutes, flip it over, and cook for 5 or 6 minutes more. Keep on flipping chicken until the chicken’s internal temperature reaches roughly 165 degrees Fahrenheit. It takes about 20 minutes.

An amazing twist on guacamole, the sour-cream-based avocado crema is an ideal vessel for this flavor-filled combo.

Combine half of an avocado, lime zest, lime juice, salt, cilantro, mayonnaise, yogurt or sour cream, and minced garlic clove in a food processor or a blender & whisk until it is smooth.
